Final lab certification
Every batch of Zappie undergoes independent third-party lab testing to verify caffeine concentration, pH balance, and microbiological safety. We refuse to ship until every result is green.
Small-batch production
We produce in controlled, small runs to ensure consistency across every tin. This isn't a factory line — each batch is monitored from ingredients to final seal.
Direct-to-door fulfillment
We're building our own direct fulfillment pipeline to keep costs low and quality high. We'd rather wait and get it right than rush and disappoint.
